3. How do I pay?
Credit or Debit are accepted forms of payment. EBT payment will be available soon.
4. Is my personal information kept confidential?
Yes, your personal information is safe on our secure site. Rosauers does not sell or share information.
5. How long will it take to receive my groceries after I have placed my order?
If you place your order by 12:00pm, groceries can arrive on the same day based on the delivery time you have selected. Delivery slots are first come, first served.
6. Can I purchase alcohol and tobacco products?
Yes, but the person who receives the groceries must be at least 18 years of age to accept tobacco, and 21 years of age to accept alcohol products. Identification is required.
7. Can I place a delivery order for someone else?
Yes. As long as the individual accepting the order has the confirmation code, you can place an order on another person’s behalf. Be sure to input their delivery address and contact information in step one of checkout. Please note, orders containing alcohol cannot be placed on behalf of another individual.
8. Do you deliver to businesses?
Yes, we do. Delivery days are based on the location of the business. Customers must make arrangements to provide proper care for refrigerated or frozen products.
9. Do I need to be present at the time of delivery?
A signature and confirmation code for the delivery is required to ensure groceries are received. We'll happily deliver to a business location if preferred, but it must coincide with the delivery schedule for the zone in which the business is located. Be sure you have proper refrigeration available if deliveries are made to alternate locations.
10. How will my food be packaged to guarantee freshness?
Food will arrive in temperature-controlled vans with product packed in Rosauers plastic bags. Refrigerated and frozen products are kept in appropriate storage containers prior to and during the delivery period.
11. Can I find all the products I buy in the store online?
We have over 18,000 items available online. If you don't see an item you're looking for, please request it in the comments section and a Rosauers representative will be in touch.
12. What is the easiest way to use the shopping site?
There are several ways to find your favorite items:
Click on the appropriate icon on the left side of the site to find items by department.
A search bar located at the top of the page allows you to type in a keyword or UPC number.
The "My Orders" tab displays your most recent completed orders..
The "My Lists" tab allows you to store your favorite and frequently purchased items. Simply press the "Save to a List" button when you viewing an item to add it to your "My Lists".
13. How do I order perishable products normally sold by the pound?
All groceries, including perishables, are ordered by the each, or by a fixed or approximate fixed weight. For example: apples are sold by the each; grapes are sold by approximate 1-lb increments as indicated in the description. Meat items are sold by the each. Pricing shown is approximate. Actual meat prices will replace approximate prices once the in-store shop is completed, and will be billed properly on your receipt.
14. How do I purchase an item and add it to my cart?
Simple click the "Add to Cart" button on the item product view. Increase or decrease quantities by clicking the "+" or “-“ button on the item product view.
15. What will determine how much I am charged for the items in my order?
Sale prices for your order are valid for the day your order is picked up/delivered- NOT the day the order is placed. During the checkout process there is special messaging to alert you if a sale you've selected will expire on the day you've scheduled to pickup or have your order delivered.
16. What happens if an item is out of stock?
We work to ensure items shown on the site are in stock. Supplier shortages may cause us to be out of a particular item. Check the box that allows substitutions to ensure the highest fill rate for your order. Out of Stock items that do not have a substitution will be credited against your order before final bill processing.

18. Can I make changes to a submitted order?
Yes. You can make changes to a submitted order up to three hours prior to delivery time. Click here to login and update your order.
19. What makes shopping for groceries online a good idea for me?
"Rosauers Delivers" is designed to save time and transportation costs for busy people, or those who prefer the convenience of having someone else perform their grocery shopping duties.
20. Should I tip my driver?
Delivery drivers may not accept tips. The delivery charge
covers the service provided by our delivery personnel.
